How do I know my coach won't get "trashed"?"This is the single biggest concern for RV owners. The renter is responsible for just about everything while renting the coach. The only exceptions are the normal wear and maintenance items (tires, generator service, etc…) Each renter is screened through our background check service. We obtain and verify addresses, phone numbers, driver’s license information, auto insurance binders, and any other information that seems pertinent to the background check of each renter. Every approved renter is given extensive training on the coach and must sign an itemized orientation and safety checklist before the rental goes out. This keeps the renter from coming back later and saying the reason something broke or got damaged because we didn’t tell them how to operate it. In addition, each renter is required to read and sign a copy of our Policies & Procedures. The terms and conditions were written to protect the coaches, owners, and My Green Country RV should any problems arise. The policies clearly spell out what the renter’s responsibilities are and define any penalties which are assessed should the not be adhered to. Every coach is immaculately cleaned, full of fuel, 1/3 full of water and thoroughly inspected before it leaves with a renter. We take photographs and do a video of every check-out just before it goes out, so there is no question of its condition. The renter signs that the RV is in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition, full of fuel and clean. If they don’t, we clean it and/or fuel it at a charge to the renter.

What if I want to use my coach?Anytime! When you know you want to use the coach, call us and we’ll let you know if it is booked and if not, we will block the dates out for you. When you pick up your coach, it will be perfectly clean and full of fuel, propane, and 1/3 full of water (unless you request otherwise). We’ll start the refrigerator and water heater for you and check the appliances, generator, etc. All we ask is that you return it in the same condition – full of fuel, propane and cleaned with all the holding taks emptied so that it’s ready to go out on the next rental.
-
Are people allowed to smoke in my coach?NO! We have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in our coaches. If any evidence is found, the renter is charged a $500 cleaning and deodorizing fee and must pay for any damage caused by smoking and an ozone deodorizing machine will be ran in the unit to help eliminate the odor.
-
Who is allowed to drive my coach?Only the renter and persons designated at the time the reservation is taken can drive a coach. Each designated driver must be at least 25 years of age and will be required to give their full name, address, and a valid driver’s license with expiration date. The renter understands that they’re the responsible party and will be charged for any damage or repairs due to negligence caused by them or any other designated driver.
-
Should I let renters tow a car, a boat or a trailer?"This is entirely up to you. We will usually charge a towing fee for this. This goes into the maintenance fund to cover wear and tear. Boat towing is in constant demand. With the proper hitch and electrical connections, towing a small boat is not difficult. Larger, heavier boats will require trailers with centrifugal brakes. Towing and tongue weight need to be considered, especially with a Class C. Contractually, the towing rules need to be laid out. If towing is allowed, towing weight and tongue weight need to be specified.

Are pets allowed in my coach? This is entirely up to you. My Green Country RV does allow pets in our coaches. But now a days, many people have small dogs. The only benefit to allowing dogs, on a case by case basis, is that it may mean a longer rental. if a pet is allowed in the RV, there are strict rules that apply. The pet must be in some cage when unattended.

How does RV Rental insurance work? There are two options My Green Country RV uses to make sure the RV is properly covered through insurance. · Insurance Binder from Renter's Auto Insurance Company. We request an RV insurance binder issued by the renter's insurance company. The binder states that the renter's auto insurance company is responsible (primary) for your coach, and any damage they do while in it. The binder must include increased coverage's due to the value of the coach. Major insurance companies will provide renters with a binder for a modest fee. Unfortunately, not all insurance companies will offer this service. For that reason, commercial RV rental insurance is used. · RV Rental Insurance. The recommended insurance option involves purchasing commercial RV renter insurance. MBA Insurance is who with insure our fleet with. MBA plans simplify the claims process and can remove the insurance binder requirement.

How often can I expect to rent my RV?You can expect to rent your RV from March – October here in Oklahoma. During this time the coach may only have two – three weeks total that it doesn't rent. A lot of this depends on the type, size, age, slides, sleeping capacity, class, style and so on. We cannot guarantee a definite number of rentals, but we do our best to get the most income possible for you. If your RV rented for $100 per night for 5 months strait, that's $15,000 of that is $7500 cash in your pocket!
